Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

We work with international suppliers to bring you the best products at the best prices. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
  • Express Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@axtronlux.com and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Axtron Lux is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
